Affiliations:
Charter member of a national organization representing the interests of employees in all stages of the workplace relationship. Selected by leadership to incorporate and secure tax exempt status for Workplace Fairness formerly know as the National Employment Rights Institute (NERI). Acted as Chief Financial Officer of NERI and provided legal oversight. Currently serving as Affiliate Coordinator between NELA and its Los Angeles chapter.

PERSONAL
When he is not mediating, he enjoys photography, baking, swimming and cycling. He has and continues to be actively involved with his synagogue and also
served
as a Director on its Board. In addition, he acts as a volunteer admissions officer for his Alma matter, Clark University, interviewing students for admission and eligibility for scholarships and awards.
Mr. Weiss is available to conduct mediations nationwide and locally in Los Angeles, Ventura, Santa Barbara, Kern, Orange, San Bernardino, Riverside and San Diego counties. Within Los Angeles County, this includes Encino, Van Nuys, Pasadena, Century City, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, downtown, South Los Angeles and the beach cities. Day and half-day rates are inclusive and there is no extra fee for travel, except for air travel which is billed at cost.
